Why do I have to type ever and ever again my surname every time I try to check in? Sometimes I cant check in through the app, then it works only on the website. Why do you waste our time with ineffective processes? iPhone users use passbook to download and store boarding passes in an easy-to-use format, even low cost companies have understood it. Why do you provide us boarding passes in A4 format on our iPhones? An app that reflects the mediocrity of the airline...

Maybe Im stupid but if somebody found that app interesting or useful I wanted to say bravo!!

If you expect to run a check-in with it, just forget about it. It just does not work !

I would have loved to use this app - unfortunately you cannot choose airports other than italian ones.

Very Bad App. It can found my reservation but i cant make a App. Check in. The FAQ is Not helpful

The app is horrible, it doesnt work at all, no possibility to do the check in, plus (and I dont understand the reason) not all the airports are equipped with the barcode scanner for smartphone (included Rome I guess and I hope not in all the boarding desks). So, where is the useful side if the app?!

Should I fly with an airline which has no money to develop a working app? Nothing works in this app.

As a couple we got totally different seats, changing this leads to an app crash with an exception. The app stores nothing, I had to input thd ticket numbers numerous times. App is disgusting.

There is no ability to get a passbook ticket from this app Come on alitalia

Please update the app! If not for anything else at least to make the screen size optimized for iPhone 5/5s/5c!

System glitches every two seconds, throwing errors left and right. Doesnt allow for easy navigation. Had to re-enter my information over a dozen different times just to confirm my checkin which then glitched and wouldnt allow me to manage my booking. Doesnt allow for choosing how to obtain a boarding pass, just one option - pick up at the airport. Tried doing it on web-checkin and that website doesnt even allow me to find my booking!! Total disaster, if I could give zero stars I would :( Im a very frustrated customer

Have to enter info every time to see flight info. Even after creating an account you are unable to check in or show your boarding pass. Do not waste your time.

This app is pure crap. Crashes most of the time and is useless. Requires to input the same data over and over even if you are a FF with a registered account. The check in is also useless. You cant even save the boarding pass on you wallet... It needs a lot of work.

Id like to see compatibility with apple wallet to have my flight info stored there. Also a map of the gates in the airport Im in, to make navigating to my gate easier.

This app is amazing, its very intelligently designed, I love the colors and simplicity in it. Its easy to navigate although it can get a little glitchy, for instance trying to change destination and departure whilst looking at prices. One thing that it is missing though are more features beyond the timetables, flight status, and flight booker. I would like to see a fleet option to where you can see the aircraft and cabins in them. Also an airport maps button, just for improved travel experience while using the app. Another optional thing I was thinking would be a news section, that talks about fare deals, and how the restructuring of the airline is going. I have faith in Alitalia and Etihad, and I hope they can become as good as an airline as they once were. Still in amazing app!!!

Alitalia definitely is a super crap to fly. Im writing this review in the transit terminal after 24 hours delay. And they did not accept any responsibility. They gave me just one voucher for dinner. No hotel no nothing. Also they cannot speak english at all. Dont use this airline.

Crashes always when typing in your booking code. No way of checking in travel companions easily. And where is my boarding pass??? It wasnt even saved in the App. !
